Happy Mother’s Day to the ladies of New Jerusalem Baptist Church and women everywhere! May you ever be blessed with the expectant faith of Paul (Acts 27) We give special thanks to God for the Mothers, Grandmothers, Aunties, Step/Other Moms, etc.” who so selflessly love and “mother” us.; for their nurturing, teaching, guiding, witnessing, and standing in the gap for our young, the unsaved, downtrodden, and all who cry out, “pray for me”!
The Bible says: Honor your father and your mother (Exodus 20:12) Every one of you shall revere his mother and his father (Leviticus 19:3)

TO BE ABSENT FROM THE BODY IS TO BE PRESENT WITH THE LORD: We will always love Mama
A mother’s love is always with her children. Losing a mother is one of the deepest sorrows a heart can know. But her goodness, caring, and wisdom live on like a legacy of love that will always be with you! A mother’s love will never end. It is there from beginning to end! A mother’s love: Life began with waking up and seeing OUR mothers’ love for US in her eyes!

KEEP IN PRAYER AND IN MIND
We ask your remembrance in special prayer that the Lord encamp His angels around: our sick, shut-in, traveling; the bereaved, our young people at home and away, families who may struggle in this time of global crisis, His angels for peace and protection of family members on military duty; and for all of those who have said “Pray for me!”
