We thank you Lord and we give You all glory and honor and pray Your powerful and life changing presence and guidance will fill this place. Please Lord, encamp Your angels around: the sick, shut-in, our people at home and away, traveling, recuperating, the bereaved and all on our Prayer Request List who stand in the need of "special prayer" at this time. Please Lord, please guide our steps, illuminate our pathways, and grant us the strength and wisdom to navigate the many challenges of this life in your name and for your glory. AMEN.

April birthdays as we know them are Deaconess Nicola Cartman and her twin sister, Mother Cassandra Dewitt, and Ayris. Also, Happy Anniversary to Sister Shay and Deacon Allen Crichlow, and Brother Neal and Deaconness Dione Jenkins whom have celebrated another year in marriage. May the Lord continue to bless your marital unions!

THOUGHT OF THE WEEK 4/26/2026

A recent article talked about a preacher who placed two identical jars on the table next to his pulpit and read from 1 Sam 16:7, "The Lord does not look at the things man looks at." Man Looks at the outward appearance, but the Lord looks at the heart. He then upset both jars, turning them over. Vinegar spilled out of one jar and honey from the other. The preacher noted that the jars like Christians, allow their content to show when upset. He went on to say that some Christians can put on a good show until they get upset. Then the innermost thoughts and attitudes which is their true content are revealed! Lucke 6:45 warned us "for out of the abundance of the hear his mouth speaks." So think about it. If someone tipped you over today, what would come to light from your heart? Would that new or struggling saint who is following your example witness the "honey" of grace and patience or the "vinegar" of anger and criticism?
