KEEP IN PRAYER AND IN MIND
Lord we ask that You encamp Your angels around: the sick, shut-in, our people at home and away, traveling, recuperating: and the bereaved. We ask and thank You Lord for the love and protective covering You have placed on all on our prayer list who are “standing in the need of special prayer” at this time. We pray, as always, that You guide our steps, illuminate our pathways, and grant us the strength and wisdom to navigate the challenges ahead in your name and for your glory!

Are you experiencing a lot of pressure in your life? The pressusres of life can overwhelm us, if we let them. Sometimes the pressure is in the form of things like pressure to act, to perform, to conform to stand out, advance, etc. Some let themselves feel pressure to buy things they don’t need to impress others, to fix a troubled marriage, or even to satisfy a rebellious teen. And too often, when the pressure is on, we don’t make wise decisions.
When you feel pressured in a situation, stop! Turn to God and His Word. Our Lord has promised to give us wisdom if we but ask him! Stop whatever you are doing and instead, take the time to turn to God in prayer. The Bible tells us to cast our cares on God and to trust Him because He loves us. God has promised relief and a way of escape. So ask the Lord for wisdom and clarity in your thoughts. God is ever in control. Go to God in prayer and He can take what the enemy meant for evil and turn it into good!
Trust God Saints! Always remember 2 Corinthians 4:8-9 and know: we are hard pressed on every side, but not crushed; perplexed but not in despair; perssecuted, but not abandoned; struck down but not destroyed. And remember, all things work together for good to them that love God, to them who are called according to His purpose (see Romans 8:28).
