KEEP IN PRAYER AND IN MIND
Lord, we ask that You encamp Your angels around: the sick, shut-in, our people at home and away, traveling, recuperating, and the bereaved. We invite and thank You, Lord, for the love and protective covering. You have placed everyone on our prayer list who "needs special prayer” now. Please guide our steps, illuminate our pathways, and grant us the strength and wisdom to navigate the challenges ahead, trusting in your boundless love and unwavering grace. For you Lord, are ever our keeper, protector, and our salvation.
We thank you, Lord, for Pastor Henderson and pray for his safe return to our fold. We take this opportunity to thank you for your service to Christ and to NJBC. Your example in ministry encourages us to stand firm in our faith. God bless you for your faithfulness.

Sometimes, the hearts of some unsaved kinfolk, friends, co-workers, or others who knew us before we met Jesus are often reluctant to acknowledge that we have changed. Unfortunately, some have not embraced the Son of God and, therefore, have not knowingly experienced His love, grace, mercy, and protection given to His people.
Some of the unsaved would rather sentence us to remain ungodly and not acknowledge the miracle-working power of Jesus Christ. Don’t be surprised by such behavior as their minds have been paralyzed by sin and unbelief which results in anger and suspicion against those who freely give their lives and futures over to Jesus’ care.
We read of such behavior in Mark 6:16, when Jesus returned home to Nazareth, a city blinded by unbelief. They saw Him as a Galilean peasant and would not accept Him as the Son of God. In doing so, then and now, the unsaved unfortunately allowed their disbelief to cut them off from God’s ability to do the impossible in their lives.
Yet, we should not grow weary of praying for the lost. Remember that until we “found” Christ, we were lost. Somebody prayed for us; let us continue to pray for the saved and the lost!
